You know how it feels when you help someone or put others first before yourself-there's a great feeling inside when appreciation is exchanged,well, if you carry on with this in mind you won't go far wrong;this means being truthful even if it means self sacrifice and ridicule from others-this is momentary;you've done the good deed here and will be noted at a later date(if you understand that?).It may sound selfish-it really isn't,everyone is onto a winner if this 'doctrine' is applied to your everyday life.It can be really simple if you are able to step back and look at the bigger picture,i realise life can behard-this is the whole essence of the formula as we stand now-look inside it's far more vast than looking into space through an 8inch MEADE!!lol.
