hiya JOMO..well, for my £2 worth...spiritual growth isnt something u 'learn in a book'
I have read many, and become more informed..but it really comes in moment to moment thoughts/actions/awareness...
it is an ongoing journey..highs lows mistakes and triumphs, they are all part of the growth..
