Default Re: Bush Extends 9/11 National Emergency Yet Again

Hi Henry,

Your posts always give me a great deal of pause. I read them carefully. There has been a good bit of talk, beginning with George Green, about Ecuador and other western coastal areas of South America. Some are already in the planning stages of a move in that direction. Is it possible that you could be more specific as to what is considered safe and what isn't? Is there a particular elevation or number of miles inland in those areas that would qualify as safe or any other metric that should be considered based on the potential threat(s)?

I'm aware that you have to be cautious with the information you provide, so I'll take what I can get. A riddle would even do
