First I would just get in clusters with people in your area from here. That's what I'm doing.
Second, YOU have to make sense of something that comes from these conversations, data, books, stuff. Try to sort out the **** from the diamonds.
Third, if it doesn't resonate with you, it's not for you right now anyway. Maybe later, maybe never.
Fourth, you are right to question everything. It is YOUR right!
Fifth, start meditating. I didn't even believe in this until I found a Kundalini teacher. IT WORKS, IT's REAL & I'M MORE SURPRISED THAN YOU WOULD BE.
Learn how to do it. There are free resources everywhere. Go to www.onewiththesource.org <= write to her (Kim) she is my teacher. Just get advice on where to go. Don't buy anything, like sessions or anything until it resonates with YOU.

Hope this is a start.
