bill kerry did he allude to any possible safe areas? wil it be the entire northen hemisphere thats gonna be rough. im pretty free and can pretty much go anywhere in the world ?? if not im not bothered ill stay here. im trying to get my friends mum to purchase a boat. she has a few 100k in sterling so im like might as well spend it.
