More Moderators WILL be taken on for sure. It is fully recognised that we need ALOT more people on the team of moderators. As I'm sure all of you appreciate, it takes time to build a team of people who will cohesively work together in an effective way.

This is a fledgling community, with MANY extremely different types of personalities.

No actually you don’t need allot more moderators, you need a better system. Peer review sorts out the problem areas, You make the call after the majority has spoken with a clicky. Its all very civilized and lacking the Gestapo style forum feel.
