I know that was said sarcastically, but I'm sure with all the databases and the methods of control we are under, social security numbers, drivers license, etc.......we're all on some list. But, but, but..............the best scenario if a disaster of sorts occurs in your current location or last previous know address, except you prepared went to your safe place, that you will be considered dead and left at that, yet of course you will be safe and miles away in your "radiant zone".
Always be thinking one step ahead and you're always remain safe. Inform as many as you can so that they too can be prepared, but ultimately, its all a personal awareness and everyone is a different levels of acceptance and reality.
