Thank you for your post, procrastinator. I've been there recently, today.
I'm spending far to much time on this. I work in places with heavy doors and lots of drama. When it would get to me I would just go outside on the patio and it helped just to realize that life goes on in other ways. As John Lennon said, "Life is what happens when we're busy making other plans."
