Go with the flow a little, Friends...you may find the changes abrupt or even irritating at first, but I for one salute the mods and all the work they're doing in scrambling to keep up!
Imagine this as a big arena or some kind of information mart. Imagine being inundated by data beyond imagining, pulling your mind in a dozen directions at once. Some of the data streams may be a little strident, and others are soft and sweet.
Now imagine being the guy trying to keep track of it all, and make sense of it all.
