Thanks (all) for all the feedback! Glad I was able to trigger some discussion. Looks like I've got youtube to watch and then.. a lifetime or two to figure things out?

I'm hoping that getting in better habits of positive visualization will be a powerful tool, as I have had enough experience with it to know it works.

Anyway.. I'm enjoying your responses. I hope I can return the wisdom at some point.
