[truth and integrity]

There is another aspect of freedom, isn’t it. To be free from fear. Fear blocks us to fully participate in life……Hmm…fear of rejection, for of not being loved, accepted, fear of hurt and pain………. Many faces of fear that stops us to be connected to those we love. Courage is an antidote. Sometimes, I wish that I could go to the Safeway and buy it.
