I am surprised that after many years saying that people had to do nothing to ascend they have now change the tune and say that the human aura needs attention

Pitty they do not give information on what the human aura is

Also they do not give explanation for their mathematics so how do we know whether this is a channeling coming from those that care about humanity or not

There is some comon sense advice but anyone can do that
