I don't remember going back to sleep but woke up in the morning with total recall of the incident but no after experience memory.
eXchanger what do you think?
It felt as though something was screaming in my face trying to tell me something but with no sound and no 'voice' in my head or telepathic communication.
Another important aspect maybe that I was just being introduced to 'the bigger picture' through David Icke's work.

often that is your own higher self / essence and monad
attempting to come to you, to make an alliance with you

if you do NOT yet have an alliance with your higher self
simply start a process of asking it, and, only it
along with any guides/or teachers,
that are in the same alignment
both pre-natal
along with anything you might of amended to your own contract
that is in the same alliance

we do NOT see, you were implanted, at that time...
so, that is good

sleep paralysis - can happen - often guardian guides, awake you

to get you to stir around a little - so, you do NOT take an 'exit' point

accidentally - we all have eXit points

although your team/and, yes, each and everyone of you
have a 'dream-team'
they will come into you in dream_time / sleep_time/or mediation

it is always UP to you,
to command, and, to demand
what it is, that you will to allow

it makes very massive shifts,
when you set the peramitiers of what it is,
you are going to choose to allow
