instead of looking away, did you find yourself watching a person's mouth like lip reading?

Have you ever been watching a Lawyer telling bold faced lies in court and suddenly their voice went squeaky, they cough and try to clear their throat, but it is like they are broadcasting to everyone listening it was a lie?
