Go for it!

We have been doing fruit smoothies now every morning for a year.

Typical smoothies have:

Apple
Banana
Orange
Pear
Grapes
Berries

We also add supplements in including liquid calcium/magnesium, cod liver oil,
coconut oil, and green superfood.

It's a great way to start the day!

Lots of veggies for dinner.
