I put this information on Alex Studer's blog, (
http://labvirus.wordpress.com/2010/0...onday-evening/) and it resulted in a comment from a reader pointing me in the direction of one of the shows on this network, " Rule of Law."
When I clicked on that show it brought up bunch of links. One of them is to a document which is of an actual Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus. I am struck by what I see here. I have heard of "indictments" and I knew that grand juries have to do with whether or not to indict someone. But this description for the document says, "Addresses improprieties of prosecutions by indictment only with no criminal complaint filed." I have never heard the term "criminal complaint."
I can see there may be a way to take back control of the country by educating ourselves and being persistent in using what we already have in our system.
