Those 'objects' are Ionized Plasmas generated in the Solar Corona. The dark ones are 'cooler' than the surrounding gasses, others are near the same temperature as their environment.

I think you should publish your theoretical findings. Let me give you a hand in this:
“The effect of Ionospheric Turbulences (ITs) on NASA servers and associated problems”.
Abstract:
In part 1 of this publication we successfully apply the “No Need to Know”- Theorem to explain the pictoresc dimming effect of ITs on digital solar pictures while stored on NASA servers.
In part 2 it could be proven that the non-appearance of the dimming effect on other servers is a direct result of the application of the “Unexpected Vigilance”- factor in the “Open Mind”-Field theory.
