Default Re: feeling a bit disconnected

I have the same problem... of a sort...

I learned about this stuff as I was growing up, but have had to put it on the back burner for the last 25 years... I got used to being disconnected from the "real" world and isolated in a never-ending cycle of chaos... so this is what I learned to do...

Stop worring- it doesn't do anything to fix the problems, especially others problems that you can't do anything about- and it reduces the amount of "worry" energy that you put OUT THERE

Do only what you are able to do (handle)- don't try to save the world, just take on a attitude of helping the next person with a task, an understanding, a connection to the right person or agency, etc.

Stay connected to the Source- trust that the right timing, the right connection, the right next step, etc. will be provided to you as you come to need it
