This is a symbol used by Madame Helena Blavatsky of the Theosophical Society during the time that she collaborated with the American socialist Edward Bellamy and his Nationalist movement in the USA.
**********************************************
The only information I could glean about the symbols in the emblem from this link is:
- The swastika symbol would later be known as "the socialist swastika."

- Blavatsky's initials are in the center of the hexagram. (Looks like an "E" and a "B" to me, though. Her middle name is "Petrovna.") ???

- The symbol at the lower left is a "Shin," which in Judaism stands for S-letter symbolism for the word "Shaddai," a name for God.
Can anyone identify the rest of the symbols?
