Another thing, I have read so many times that many different mushrooms have incredibly strong immune system boosting abilities. I buy and use a blend of 6 different 'shrooms for just that purpose. And someone said fermented foods are not good? Hogwash! People have eaten fermented foods for centuries. It preserves the food and offers up huge probiotic benefits. |
