Not sure of the inner machinations between Hitler and the Finns. As I've hinted before the rock formations in Finland are important and make it easier to eminate certain things as well as being very calming (the brain is essentially a big magnet). The magnetism may well also be a source of interest for ET who visit the are in high-ish numbers, there are similar formations in Scotland.

I am unable to answer that with any certainty.
