You are so welcome Seashore. Lately, reality is seriously and unavoidablly sinking into the psyche which means it has to faced, there is no turning away. A balanced perspective for me is in the day to day living in the physical world as well as spiritually preparing for eventual death of the physical.

it's important to be in touch with the Big Picture. The world is in serious crisis, no doubt at all about that.

Right now, my attention is held by Ashayana Deane's teachings, especially as well as Ivan Stein, who are, in my view, very realistic in depth and scope, and actively offering plans for preparation. All very sobering and require my attentive participation... if one is wishing to engage ones self into action.
