Well, I can say that the experiment is to it's conclusion. One week away from Avalon. Not totally away from the PC though. It was tough in places I can tell you, to be on the internet and not dawdle along to my favourites folder... lol. Still, I made myself a promise and I kept it.
Sanity is returning , do NOT adjust your screen....
I just got hold of Eckart Tolle's book..the power of now... and have just started reading it. My answer lies in there... that desire...to speak on Avalon...it's not me...it's my mind...yak..yak..yak...there...see ? It's going again.. give it five minutes and it will entertain and amaze you all....

I'm coming to understand that our sense of being and our mind are two different places. That incessent compulsion I was talking about to spend hours at Avalon...it's a compulsion of the mind. It's not even an illuminati brain-ultra 5k47 ray making me do it... just me.
