I originally saw it in a tiny paragraph in the Daily mirror but you can read it here:

An Oxfordshire scientist from the Rutherford laboratory says solar storms could take out tv and internet stopping coverage of the Olympics in 2012.
Are there not more important things to worry about if such a thing happens?
we at camelot of course know about this. There was a double paged article on this in the Mail last year though.
