I agree - let`s not forget that most of the peope will not see it as "mark of the beast" - so would they really deserve to "Burn in hell" (Not that we should accept it, of course - no way, but we know that mose of the people would do it anyway)? Doesn`t really make sense, unless, of course, the chip itself is kind of soul-stealing/capturing device, so they go to "hell" not because of divine justice, but because of the evil one`s direct intervention.
