Theres a name for that i think synesthesia or similar, that must be very nice to experience.

i used to get ringing/ pulsing in left ear, but it wasnt high pitched more like a tone, began to think blood pressure, too much time with headphones, but it stopped as quickly as it developed. used to go all day, but as others have said more noticeable at night going to sleep. So i meditated too. Lasted about 4/5 months. funny thing is just when mine stopped, my husband started experiencing it.
