States get funding for weather related emergencies because need exceeds whats available locally. Need exceeding what is locally available is also true for the situation handling predators who exchange child pornography over the internet and the local yokal pedophiles across the nation soliciting children via internet (from state to state). Children are a much higher priority in my opinion.
85 billion of our tax dollars are being used without permission to bail out AIG but people don't think spending money to prevent babies & toddlers from being raped at an alarming rate is more worthwhile. Its apparent to me what forces are at work.

One of the reasons why the corrupt have been able to get away with so much is lack of public participation. Being dumbed down like passive sheeple is a root problem. We need to let those profiting from our tax dollars know we are not going to lie down and play dead out of fear, but instead act awarely according to conscience and to the benefit of our individual and collective well being

I haven't been molested or raped. Neither have my children. When they're old enough to go online, I will configure their computers to only allow educational sites. That's called parental responsibility.
I don't expect or want the federal government to keep my children safe. That is my job.
