Solar Gazing should also be mentioned as a way to work with the Pineal.
Sun gazing has been clinically proven to actually make the pineal gland expand or grow. Normally the gland continually shrinks during our lives. Once it collapses.. we leave out body for good, as it is the seat of the Soul.
