For those of you who do not know who 'TOKYO ROSE' was.
'Tokyo Rose' was the nickname of the woman whose 'voice' was used on the Japanese propaganda radio, that broadcasted disinfo programs especially made for the Americans, during the second World War.

Odd that someone choses an avatar named TOKYO ROSE...
