The only real devil/lucifer/satan is the one we (humanity) have created and manifested from our consciousness, myths and stories were also created to further magnify and intensify the reality that is evil. Those myths and characters were fictional stories based on real events (bad events) carried out by humans themselves, but the story is told in such a way that even eons later people will remember, fantasy allegory combined with real elements, the point is so we never forget, and to know evil when we see it so we may able to stop it with perhaps enough momentum.
My only other bet is to do with robot drones and their hierarchical master 'satan', preceding the time of atlantis, when humanity faced obliteration from their own creations, sentient artificial lifeforms created by us (ie; "in god's image), we ended up in some war and perhaps thats when we escaped from whatever planet and came here to earth for refuge. Or, all this took place on earth and these lifeforms may still exist somewhere, just planning their next big invasion, aren't the greys visiting us already, aren't the greys artificial?
But I can't beat your theories orthodoxy, you really take it to a higher level.
