Kind words thoughts and deeds are so important.
The ego is basically selfish and every selfless action automatically reduces its illusory hold one one.
Would any one else like to share their spiritual experience as Astra has done.
Every such awareness of the Presence within is encouraging to self and others,

We have to make the effort, Grace is always available.
