It would be Lakota. Sioux is a French word. There is 3 dialects. Lakota, Nakota, Dakota.

MAKA=Skunk
WA is a suffix in many pronouns so it probably translates as He-Skunk or She-Skunk or something like that. But the SSE is not a translatable word at all.
I looked in some very reliable places so sorry I can't do better!!
