I don't know if you guys are aware but Puerto Rico was one of the main bases for NAVY training command. The training exercises was conducted in the island of Vieques, about 5 years ago the US NAVY was kicked out of Vieques by the Islanders .
Haiti will be a great place to establish a Caribbean Command Training Center for the US ARMED FORCES and Allies. Coincidence or a well thought off plan, who knows...
Great place for cheap labor, is clear that the ptb are not concerned for the welfare and well being of the Haitian people. As an American and former U.S. military I wished this was not so. This is not a conspiracy theory , this is the way we operate in US territories and around the world.
