I drink very little milk and when I do it's skim milk.

Milk is formulated for another animal, a cow. It's not human milk...it's cow's milk which is also loaded with chemicals.

powered milk is commonly used for backing and cooking. It's always fat free for fat doesn't dry very well. I keep powered milk on hand for emergencies.

Unfortunately I'm a coffee-aholic. I drink way too much coffee. If I don't drink coffee I will get a huge headache.
