From what I gather, the greys are malevolent cos due to their hive minds, they share the same agenda of human harvest. However, there seems to be another race that people apparently mistake for greys as they are reported to look similar with the difference being that their eyes are rounded rather than almond shaped– this species are reported to be benevolent (sorry but can’t reference it as don’t remember where I came across it).
