I always loved Venezuela, I'm from Colombia, and I've been looking to relocate there for a while!!!

I would also say Veneuzela *might be* a safer place for any south american citizen rather than for Americans, if the latters are afraid of Hugo Chavez's policies.
Yet, Venezuela has an excellent whether, and going inland (if you're afraid of what might happen to the coasts near the Atlantic ocean) you will find places where you can make communities??
