that may not necessarily be the criteria applied...how then do you explain the case of a brazilian farmer who was approached and was spoken to at length, though his frequency was not up to scratch..the pleidians tried their utmost to vibrationally tune in (using sound and colour frequencies) the gentleman on the video - to no avail..they still managed the conversation.. have a look again and particularly the part2 where you'll find why i say this. bw
