if anyone is interested, starfire tor has a group that
goes into areas hit by catastrophe, locates victims and
places a glowing set of wings over the spot so emergency
workers are guided to the person - starfire sets up the
rescue missions with maps, photos and news reports so
you can get an idea of where and under what circumstances
your energy is needed most, then you go into meditation
and focus attention/intention on rescue in that place.

local church or charity organization will get more of a %
of cash to victims than the scandal-ridden red cross.
