Hello Viking. I know the Earth 'woobling effect' is also caused by the large planets, Jupiter and Saturn. Space is like water, when a large object passes, its waves have effect on other bodies. The woobling Earth has on its axe is also observed on all planets. It can be lessen or amplify according of the large planets position.
