Just hang on! These 'bombs' (as I tend to call them) will certainly shake the ego to its core, but the result will be that you'll be able to handle any situation as it arises. Shedding years of b.s. is quite a traumatic experience (trust me, I've been there) and so feeling like you're 'losing it' is perfectly normal. In the coming days, we'll need to be able to process and handle information that would be impossible for a mind still locked in the old paradigm to grasp.
