I feel your pain.
I have heard others express a belief that when the time comes
for any given moment, they will know exactly what it is that they
need to do. I have experienced this myself, and when it happens
you KNOW what has to be done.
It is the in-between times where it can be challenging not to fall into
confusion, doubt and fear.
Hang in there. One day at a time-we WILL get though to the other
side-and the destination will be better than we can imagine.
