Get some rest...by that I mean... get some time away from Project Avalon (even though we love you) check out my thread - step away from the PC
. I'm pretty sure that PCs and particularly the internet are more draining than drinking coffee and alcohol all day long !
Of course, the amount of love flowing in, around and through PA compensates for this...but it does activate the mind...and this takes us away from the task of activating our hearts...
