If we could all let everyone else be what he wants to be and trust that what he is good at he will do well in respect and honor of the greater good of the community we would have no problem.

If we start to think as individuated selfs than conflict will always arise but if we see each other as a whole living organism respect and kindness will replace doubt and judgement.

When a living organism is sound it's not subject to invasion of viruses . It can counter these easily .
A living organism to function well as lungs to let oxygen in ,Heart and blood flowing to nourish all cells , a stomach to digest food , intestines to let waste products out , white cells to counter foreign and inappropriate material, a brain to compute and synchronize it all .These are all vital.

Likewise a community when seen as a whole need these very same parts to function harmoniously .
Each individual has it's own role to play which according to it's own unique soul signature and experience will best fit anyone of these parts.

Understanding this one can see there is room for everyone and that the gathering of all as a whole is what keeps it in balance.

When our immune system as a community is sound then disruptive elements won't even have a chance to destroy our balance . So let's all work on ourselves and learn from each other's respective nature. In this way we will grow stronger in wisdom and won't be affected by any outside threats .

Until we each reach that point of perfect balance our guardians will have their role to play and we should respect them for doing so.

So if Northern Boy feels he would be good at that role why not elect him as a mod ? He is a well respected Old timer here .
