If I were the manager and/or mastermind behind all of the Deep Underground Military Bases, Secret Space Program, World Government stuff...I would place such a tight lid on everything...that there would be virtually no leaks and no clues. Nothing would be published. Scientists and workers would spend their entire lives in these projects. They would be born, raised, trained, work, and, die without ever having contact with the 'real' world and 'normal' humanity. UFO's would never, ever fly where they would be witnessed. I'm sort of a sick @#$%^ aren't I?
Seriously...this cat and mouse stuff doesn't make sense to me. Leaks are everywhere. Photos and videos are everywhere. Documents and books are everywhere. The humans and non-humans involved in this cr@p are so damn smart...but they can't cover their tracks and keep secrets. This makes no sense to me. It's like this is some big, sick, stupid game to whoever or whatever they are.
Even more seriously...I would never keep any of this crazy stuff secret. There would be complete transparency and meticulous oversight. We may need the underground bases and advanced craft...and perhaps the governments of the world should be located underground...but all of this should be anything but secret. Secrecy is usually a cover for evil.
