This is the first time I have heard of this? I know that "people in high risk" categories" had first priority but ethnicity was not considered "high risk" where I live. Am I sheltered or is this the first time some of you have heard this?
Don't get me wrong - governments have a long history of experimentation based on race - so it would only surprise me in it's obviousness.
wait for the Olympics the virus may be released then people from all over the world gathered in 1 location then going home what an oppourtunity to infect several countries at the same time .

I too believe the purpose of this is to cause fear that will help them accomplish their plans. I am confident we will overcome this challenge however.
