I am very passionate about time and time travel ... and as much as I'd like to believe this guy .. I get a very strong feeling that he is a genuine .. moneymaker.
His site throws at you loads of shallow information almost designed to appeal to anyone and everyone that has interest in these fields and does not even try to appeal to those that have done their homework.
Let me just say that if I ever wanted to make money of such information his site would be the way to go! Very good marketing skills with rubish information.
Another possibility is that he is a genuine disinformation specialist. Some of the custom design elements on his site are done by pro-designers... and these cost a lot of bucks.. believe you me. For example

Just look at that site... that has been done with some serious PR involvement and expensive design. The guy is obviously just trying to drive traffic to his website selling tons of stuff / courses .. and of course trying to lure some investors money.
