This is something that really interests me as my father used to do it quite often. He would just shut his eyes and a while after wake up, he would say he went somewhere else, he went to my sisters house once which was about 300 miles away, verified by the description of rooms, carpeting and curtains by my sister that same day.

He always said he wanted to visit Mars, dunno if he ever went but mom grounded him from going as she feared he would be lost...

Would love to try it but dont know how, I am still learning to meditate!!!
