About the heart: Once I clear up my confusion or false ideas about the heart I may find out that I've been in my heart all along, I'm not sure yet. He is right though -- being in sympathy is not necessarily being from the heart. However, when I am just being me then I am a balanced all knowing/all loving/all powerful potential.
