This indicates a bit. I noticed the sound after a particular session. Afterwards did a long fast for 60 days, am continuing with my spiritual clearing sessions. The sound has leveled out and I was informed that I could control the volume (like just now I put it down to a lower volume). Have been getting "higher self" type of visits and visions when I just relax and mellow out.
Glad to get Bob's message. He is correct in that once the suppression has been lifted a little the beings who have been held in agreement to be held down start to sort themselves out and take off. No magician or healer needs to do much except hold the space once the lid is off. It has become as simple as finding one's own center during the day.
Perhaps that is why my focus went back to simply clearing my own "case", my own negative energies -- to catch up with the rest of you folks
who are holding the space for me. THANXOXO
