Some vegetables that require bee pollination for a good harvest can be a pain. What I learned from my Great Grandfather is this, invite the bees to your garden! You do this pretty easy just plant a lot of bright yellow flowers in the area of your garden and you should have plenty of bee hives popping up, they naturally will be attracted to food source areas.
